- Multicab Seating Capacity: The multicab is equipped to seat up to 10 passengers.
- If you will be bringing luggage, the maximum seating capacity is reduced to 8 passengers and the van can accommodate up to 6 pieces of 26-inch luggage.
- For bookings with luggage, ensure that the total number of passengers does not exceed 8 to allow adequate space for safe and secure transportation of your belongings.
- Please provide details of your luggage requirements at the time of booking to help us ensure appropriate arrangements.
- If you need to transport more passengers without luggage, please inform us in advance to verify availability and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- For any questions or special requests regarding luggage and passenger capacity, feel free to contact our team before finalizing your reservation.
- Strictly no overloading is allowed. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
- Please be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
- For airport and seaport arrivals, our driver will meet you at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name.
- If you’re unable to find your driver, feel free to contact our hotline for immediate assistance.
- Unreachable guests will be considered a no-show after 1 hour of waiting. In such cases, the driver will leave and no refund will be provided.
- Flight delays must be reported ahead of time to avoid additional hourly waiting charges.
- In the case of unforeseen delays, if you notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled landing, no surcharge will be applied. Cancellations under these circumstances will be eligible for a full refund.
- Extended stopovers during out-of-town trips will be subject to an extra charge per hour.
- Drop-Offs- Rates do not cover side trips.
