- Stay hydrated throughout the tour.
- Follow the guide’s instructions during the whale shark interaction for safety.
- Maintain a safe distance from the whale sharks and refrain from touching them.
- Do not feed the whale sharks—respect their natural behavior.
- Wear swimwear and bring appropriate gear for swimming/snorkeling.
- Avoid littering and dispose of trash properly.
- Use eco-friendly sunscreen to protect the ocean and its wildlife.
- Be punctual during boat departures to ensure smooth travel and timely activities.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 nn or 11:00 am, depending on the hotels.
- Room type: triple sharing (1 room + 1 extra bed).
- Only after receiving the advance payment and the availability of the hotels mentioned will we confirm bookings, and we do not block rooms when sending the confirmation.
- In case rooms are unavailable in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options, and the rate of the package will increase or decrease depending on the hotel selection.
- In case you are not convinced by the new options, the advance paid will be refunded without deducting any service charge, and this needs to be communicated to us the day after we send the new hotel list.
- We strongly suggest you check the reviews and locations of the hotels mentioned to make sure they are as per your preferences before confirming the package. A change of hotel upon arrival would charge retention.
- This package doesn’t have hidden charges except for those not mentioned in the inclusions.
