  • For your safety and the safety of others, alcohol and drugs are prohibited during activities, particularly water-based ones.
  • Keep a local emergency contact number with you in case of any urgent situations. Always inform the guide if you are feeling unwell or need assistance.

  • Hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternative options will be provided if the preferred hotel is fully booked.

  • No refunds will be given if clients shorten their stay at the resort, hotel, or tour package.

  • This package doesn’t have hidden charges except for those not mentioned in the inclusions.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • 31 days or more prior to the departure date – 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, subject to any non-refundable fees charged by suppliers.
  • 21–30 days prior to the departure date – 65% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • 15–20 days prior to the departure date – 45% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • 14 days or less prior to the departure date – Non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals (unless advised earlier), or unused services, including tours, hotel nights, transfers, meals, or other inclusions.
  • No refunds will be given for voluntarily shortened stays at the hotel or resort, or for clients who choose to discontinue or skip any portion of the tour package.
  • Unused portions of the package are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services, transferred to another person, or converted into cash unless otherwise approved by the agency.
  • Changes to the travel dates or itinerary may be allowed subject to availability and applicable charges from hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers.
  • Any additional costs resulting from changes in travel dates, accommodation, transportation, or itinerary shall be shouldered by the client.
  • Hotel cancellations, modifications, and refunds are also subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotel or resort. If a supplier imposes a stricter cancellation fee, the supplier's policy will prevail.
  • Tour cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective tour operator, boat operator, transportation provider, or other service provider.
  • In cases of bad weather, port closure, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the agency's control, services may be rescheduled or adjusted whenever possible. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the amount refunded or credited by the concerned suppliers.
  • If a tour or service is cancelled by the agency or supplier due to safety, weather, operational, or government-related reasons, the client may be offered a rescheduled date, alternative service, or applicable refund/credit based on the supplier's terms.
  • The agency is not responsible for expenses incurred by the client due to flight delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the agency's control.
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-rate bookings may have different cancellation and refund conditions, which will be communicated to the client before confirmation.
  • By confirming the booking and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above cancellation and refund policy.
