- Sedan Seating Capacity: Sedan is equipped to seat up to 4 passengers.
- If you will be bringing luggage, the maximum seating capacity is reduced to 2 passengers and the sedan can accommodate up to 2 pieces of 20-24-inch luggage
- For bookings with luggage, ensure that the total number of passengers does not exceed 2 to allow adequate space for safe and secure transportation of your belongings.
- Please provide details of your luggage requirements at the time of booking to help us ensure appropriate arrangements.
- If you need to transport more passengers without luggage, please inform us in advance to verify availability and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

AIRPORT/ SEAPORT PICK-UPS
- No Overloading- Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
- An experienced driver and fuel are included
- Drop-Offs- Rates do not cover side trips.
- The driver will wait for you in the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name. If you can't find your driver, please contact us.
HOTEL PICK-UPS
- No Overloading- Vehicle capacity must not be exceeded.
- An experienced driver and fuel are included.
- Please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver.
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Notify us in advance of any delays to avoid extra hourly charges for waiting.
- If you cannot use the service due to unexpected delays and notify us within 3 hours before landing, you will not incur any surcharge or be eligible for a full refund in case of cancellation.
- No Show Policy- If you are unreachable after 1 hour of waiting, it will be considered a ‘no show,’ and the driver will leave with no refund issued.
