- The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity. Safety is our top priority.
- Our driver will be waiting at the Siquijor seaport arrival area, holding a sign with your name.
- If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact our hotline immediately for assistance.
- Guests who cannot be reached and are absent 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time will be marked as no-shows. The driver will leave, and no refund will be provided.
- Delays must be reported ahead of time. Unreported delays may incur hourly waiting charges.
- If you notify us of your delay at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, we will waive any waiting fees and allow rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Any unscheduled stopover or waiting time during a trip will be charged per hour beyond the allotted transfer time.
- Drop-off rates do not include detours or multiple destinations. Additional stops must be arranged in advance and may incur extra fees.
- All our drivers are licensed locals familiar with Siquijor’s roads and tourist areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, disrespectful, or violate safety rules during the trip.
