How much is the down payment required?

We require a 50% down payment for every tour to confirm your booking.

Do you accept online payments?

Yes, we accept payments through Gcash, WeChat, Alipay Paymaya and Paypal (with 5% service charge).

I have encountered a payment error while trying to pay, what do I do?

If you encounter any payment errors while booking through our website or through the payment gateway, do reach us via Email, Instagram, or Facebook, so we can assist you!

What is the best time to call you?

Our operation starts from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

What is the best way to contact?

What is your suggested pick-up time?

Our suggested pick-up depends on the tour you avail. For day tours, we recommend 5:00 am – 9:00 am pick up time.

What do I receive after I book?

After your booking is confirmed through our website, you will immediately receive an email stating that your order is being processed, next email will be the details of your booking, and lastly will be a confirmation that we have finished processing your booking.

Can I make changes or suggestions after I’ve already made the payment?

Yes, we allow changes after booking has been paid. Kindly fill out the inquiry form or contact us through our email ([email protected]); Facebook page (Island Diaries Travel and Tours); WhatsApp, Line and Viber (09067139620). However, these changes will be subject to availability and/or additional fees.

Can we pay cash on the day of the tour?

Yes, you can pay the other 50% during the tour. But again, you need to pay the required 50% down payment for every tour to confirm your booking.

How many guests can you accommodate in one day?

We do not limit the number of guests we accommodate in one day.

Is there any other group in the car during our tour?

If you avail of private tours, there will be no other guests in the van with you. We also offer separate packages for joiner/shared tours.
