• Be punctual for all pickups and activities to keep the itinerary on schedule.
• Follow the guide’s instructions to ensure safety throughout the tour.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for comfort during activities.
• Stay hydrated and bring a reusable water bottle during tours.
• Bring enough cash, some of the food establishments allow credit card but souvenirs and other merchandise accepts cash only.
• Bring your personal Medicine with a doctor’s prescription if needed for emergency purposes.
• Smoking is allowed but is limited to designated areas.

• 14 days before departure date = non-refundable
• 15-20 days prior to departure date = 45% of the amount will be refunded
• 21-30 days prior to departure date = 65% of the amount will be refunded
• 31 days prior to departure date = 100% of the amount will be refunded
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
• No refunds will be given if clients shorten their stay at the resort, hotel, or tour package.

• It is suggested that your airport arrival time is from 6:00 am to 8:00 am.

• Hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternative options will be provided if the preferred hotel is fully booked.
• Room preferences (e.g., bed type, view) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Standard accommodations are based on twin sharing or triple sharing arrangements, depending on the package selected. Additional charges may apply for single occupancy.
• Any additional charges from requests (e.g., alternative pick-up/drop-off locations, room transfers, or tour upgrades) that alter the agreed services will be your responsibility.
• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to hotel policies.
• If flying in/out of Manila, coordinate with your travel adviser to align flight schedules with your itinerary. We are not liable for expenses due to flight delays or cancellations.
